Company Formation with Physical Presence

A new company requires an address. For a limited liability company this needs to be a property designated as commercial premises. Residential addresses are permitted for private companies, but this means the entrepreneur is personally liable for the financial performance – including debts – of the business. It also requires the entrepreneur to have a tax code.

You can open a company in any location in Greece, but we recommend Athens for the sake of infrastructure (including communications), accessibility (by air, land and sea) and prestige. The airport is just 30 minutes away from the centre of Athens.

Our consultancy service extends to include advice on government, legal and taxation matters. Regulations in Greece are relaxed and the process is relatively efficient. Most of the processes are online.
